Police would like to remind vehicle owners to lock their cars and ensure the locks have engaged, and valuable items are removed.
At around 13 minutes past midnight Sunday 26 April, an unknown male was seen looking into a vehicle and making attempts to make entry in Lovetofts Drive. The vehicle owner shouted at the suspect, who left the scene. No entry was gained. (Ref 37/23480/26)
On Monday 27 April at approximately 1.10am and 1.20am, an unknown suspect entered a driveway in Dales Road and tried the doors of two vehicles. Entry was gained to one of the vehicles and a mobile phone/PDA and loose change were stolen. (Ref 37/23761/26)
